2. It's always been "boom or bust" as far as I know!
It means either good times (boom) or bad (bust).

4. That's what I thought, but I have seen people using Boom and wiki lists the phrase as boom
so now I am trying to figure out the correct one.

boom/bust or boon/bust. either or could be correct :shrug: boom for economics.

7. it's Boob/Bust
Boob referring to an individual breast or bosom, while bust refers more to the entire chest or "rack" as it were
