Google main page has a link to "Translation Tools"

If you click on it, you go to a page where you can type in words or phrases and it will translate them into any language of choice.

They have a list of languages.

It includes Klingon.

1. Babelfish has been doing it (badly) for years

My favorite thing is taking a really funny phrase like "my cat's breath smells like the inside of a pig anus" and translating it into and out of various languages until it's completely butchered into something even funnier.
