I am preparing dinner , see . Now , how many calories does a cockroach add ? I can't have my dinner if I don't know for sure.

3. If you are on the atkins diet eat away....a cockroach is pure protein and won'tdisrupt your diet.
I on the other hand have had two pieces of cake in the last 48 hours so my diet is shot.
