but was on my way out the door and didn't have time to post a
I tried keeping one of those things on a cat once. She kept backing up and backing up all over the house. When she backed down several stairs I took pity on her and removed it - after I picked myself up off the floor from laughing. (Sorry, it was just so slapstick funny  and she wasn't going to bother those few stitches anyway).
Poor little kitty - I hope he finds his butt soon.
3. NoName took to a leash right away and would trot along with me on walks...
. ...but it took her quite a while to get used to her harness. Came home once and didn't see her for long enough to get worried. Finally found her, not making a sound... I assume embarrassed because she had gotten one leg into the neckband of the harness and got it stuck there. . Didn't leave it on her after that -- just put it on and took it off right before and right after our walks. . Poor baby -- wanted out but didn't want me to see what a DOOFUS she had been. . .
