It's OK...I like doing laundry!

No. Really.

I do!

Today is the most convenient day for me, so here I am! Besides, the hamper was overflowing! Plus the bed needed new linens too...

So.......

I can post in between loads!

I hope all you good people are having a lovely day, whether you're moms or not!

3. I did the laundry too
and cooked dinner for good measure. My "me" time was a quick run to the book store with the 7 year old in tow, sniffling and coughing, because her father was home sick with a cold as well. Yeah - I understand. Happy Mother's Day back at you!

5. My dear LibertyLover...
I'm sorry your 7 year old is sick, along with your husband...

And you still had to function.

I'll be cooking dinner, but it's just the 2 of us now...

Enjoy your day as much as you can!

And I hope all those sick folks get well soon...

6. Happy Mother's Day, CaliforniaPeggy!
I totally understand the laundry thing - I do laundry on New Year's Eve, it's become my tradition. A feeling of accomplishment, and one of those quintessential "Mom" things. And at the end of it, clean sheets and an empty hamper!

Enjoy your day too!

12. My dear awakeatlast!
I hear you about house-cleaning!

I can't stand that. I'm lucky to have a cleaning lady every couple of weeks who's willing to do that sort of thing...

I enjoy the laundry...no idea why!

Thanks for coming by today...
