1. I think it's been decided it's the last season, so ratings aren't really a consideration.

Besides, Friday night is a great night for genre programming. I wonder if they are backing it up against Smallville again.

2. Smallville will be the 8:00 slot on Friday..

this is the last season for Supernatural? I hadn't heard that. :-( A new show-Nikita-will be in the Supernatural's old time slot.

4. Well, originally last season was supposed to be the last

Eric Kripke, the show's creator, is done after last year.

I don't think it's officially the last season, but they're certainly on "borrowed time" at this point. IIRC one or both of the leads have said this is it for them.

Dean is HAWT!!! One of my favorite Dean, one-liners- "Joe the plumber is a dick" I still laugh about that everytime I see/hear "Joe the plumber's" name come up.

I remember that. I don't think I've ever missed an episode..don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. :eyes:

I love the humor in the show, the timing and delivery are always perfect. I'm gonna miss it when it ends. :-(

they've canceled Ghost Whisperer and Medium is in the 8pm slot...Supernatural is at 9pm. CSI:NY is in at 9pm following Medium.

17. Ghost Whisperer has been on borrowed time for a long time now.

I still record it each week but seldom watch it unless my son is at the house. He is a bit enamored of Jennifer Love Hewitt.

but when Melinda's husband's spirit jumped to another body, I thought that was the beginning of the end..UNTIL she had a baby that was five in the next season premier..after that I was done.

It's a shame too cuz it was something good to watch on a Friday night. I don't think Medium will be around much longer either.
