If not, read no further (they're all free, by the way...except for the last one, come to think of it, though you can get a free version):
Gibson Guitar: Comes with two kinds of tuners and a complete chord encyclopedia.
Photoshop mobile: Amazingly versatile photo-fixer upper.
Epicurious: Thousands of recipes for all sorts of occasions and skill-levels, all of which you can e-mail very easily. You can easily convert any one into a shopping list, as well.
Camera flash: Makes it easy to take "telephoto" shots.
IMDb: Nuff said.
Doodle Buddy: Versatile little electronic sketch pad.
Urbanspoon: Makes it easy to find and evaluate restaurants in certain cities.
Stanza: Brings Project Gutenberg (and other libraries') e-books to your phone in a flash.
Nasa: Great videos and photos, as well as news from space.
Sleep Machine: My version cost $1.99 and includes a small library of sleep inducing sounds (crickets, rain, thunder, fans, frogs, distant trains and foghorns, low-rumbling, heart beats, wind, surf, space music and lots more, actually) that you can combine in threes to create soporific soundscapes. There's a "lite" version with a smaller library that's free.
