My offer was accepted on a new home!
Long story short, the DOT is buying my current home to make room for an Interstate project several years down the road. They also help get me relocated into a new home. I'll take possession in August.

7. Oh! Those co-owners! Well, the precious pooch is happy wherever his mama is happy. HOWEVER ....
The male cat ... he's always been the problem child - very insecure and fussy. I call him snarly butt. Last time we moved he hid under the bed for several days. I had to put food and water a couple feet away to gradually coax him out. (He's also the one who used to pee on my ex's side of the bed cuz he didn't like her, lol!)

The female cat - she'll consider it an adventure!
