I am running my very first half marathon on Sunday. Eep! I hope it's a good running day, I hope it's not raining, I hope I have the energy to make it 13 miles!
I've been running and slowly building up my mileage for about a year. I wasn't trying for a half marathon, but my running buddies talked me into it. Here goes!
just remember to run at a slow, steady pace, stay relaxed, and keep hydrated. You may not be able to do all those things if someone is chasing you though..... :P
