Ugh I'm having a panic attack.
I should be asleep right now. I was on pace to complete my final paper with plenty of time in the morning, which is actually very quickly approaching.

For some reason tonight, I decided to have a good old fashion existential crisis while I was laying in bed trying to keep my eyes shut. You name it, I was worrying about it. I could feel my pulse jump through the roof. And I instantly knew that I would not be sleeping at all tonight.

So now I'm up trying to write my paper half asleep. What's worse is the paper is basically about radical environmentalism, animal liberation, feminism, gay rights, anarchism...

All the kind of shit that you should not be reading and writing about when you're questioning the very worth of your existence.

2. The eyebrow might.....what?
Twitch? Growtogether? Raise itself in a comical manner?

3. Reproduce exponentially.
In your eye brows and lids.

13. Old folks are more likely to have them
Older people are much more likely to carry the mites; it is estimated that about 1/3 of children and young adults, 1/2 of adults, and 2/3 of elderly people carry the mites

5. Well, as long as you're having an existential crisis,
in the grand scheme of things, one paper for a class doesn't mean a whole lot. Relax, though. I'm a professor, and I wish most of my students cared enough to lose sleep over their papers.

6. I had a panic attack on the eve of a final my Senior year of college.
I had the flu and couldn't study and freaked out. I ended up getting an A on the exam...who knew?

Anyway, do the best that you can. Take deep breaths. Go for a walk if you can.

I know that the above are all easy for others to do that aren't in your situation...but try your best.

But just know that this too will pass.

Good luck!

8. You're welcome.
I've lived with anxiety for quite a while and have learned how to curb my attacks.

The walks really help me....

And yeah, Go Sun Devils!!!

15. I used to have panic attacks in college all the time.
A panic attack is when you drink like fifteen beers then can't walk, talk or think straight, right?
