Need some good vibes! Still trying to move out of this trailer and build a modular home

nearby, but the bank has turned us down for the loan. Again.

We've scaled things back and reapplied. Please cross your fingers that the third time is the charm! :D

At a certain point it is not a loss to be denied what are deemed the conventional success. It's an opportunity for something better than you can ever imagine. Or so it's been for me.
