Cooking question I don't want to post in the Cooking group

So here I am in the Best Asian Market in Spokane, looking to see everything they have.

They've got Asian vegetables.

They've got more hot peppers than an average Mexican grocery store.

And they've got a meat department.

Featuring pork uteri.

How, exactly, do you cook this? Treat it like chitlin's?

7. Close...you stuff it like sausage.

Stuff a pig uterus with cumin, leeks, pepper, garum (fish sauce), pounded pork meat and pine nuts. Cook sausage in water and oil with some garum, dill and leeks.

9. That sounds doable

The stuffed kid recipe a couple lines down looks pretty damn good, though. I will pass on the stuffed dormice.
