13. Next day update- no walkies today.
I woke up feeling like I'm made of glass that's ready to shatter. I can barely raise my arms above my head, let alone stand and walk.

14. Been there, well not wheelchair bound but walker bound
post major lower back surgery.

9 months later walking 1 mile in 20 minutes. Slow and steady progress.

17. I was in a wheelchair once myself
due to a rare autoimmune disorder that led to severe polyneuropathy. Never thought I'd walk again, docs thought I wouldn't either. Those first steps were -- I can't describe. I know what a big deal it is.

I am SO happy for ya!! Congratulations, I am :woohoo: ing for ya too!!
