foot hurts. Who knew there were tendons on the front of my feet! Anyone ever done that before?

Please take care of yourself!

High heels may look great, but they can be treacherous...

Get your ankle elevated, wrap it in an elastic wrap, put some ice on it, and relax!

I've done that too, and these measures really help...

2. Yep, I did that playing basketball at the age of sixteen. Still have trouble with that foot.
Proud of you being able to wear high heels! You must be a real lady!

3. I ruined the sides of my ankles playing basketball in high school. Tonight I just went over and I
guess the only tendons I have left that aren't already ruined are attached to the front of my foot. Hurts more now than it did when I first went over on my heel.

5. SAW tendons in front of my foot, after 'de-gloving' accident, no high heels involved.
