i hope everyone is having a wonderful sunday

my husband and i slept late, took a walk and then a drive. dinner was thrown together and absolutely delicious, i love that we can spend time in the kitchen together.

now we're sitting on the porch, enjoying the cool of the evening and a few cold beers. he's got his guitar, i've got my laptop. a breeze has kicked up and we might see some rain tonight.

tonight, i'm at peace.

1. Just went on a longer self propelled trip

than at any time since about age 10 or so. A bike trip that would probably be nothing to most of you, but way longer than I would have believed possible even a month ago. And I am still ok, no major pain or even exhaustion. Although I fear tomorrow morning may be less fun.
