I just found out that the Big Man, Clarence, was all set to try out for the
Cleveland Browns when he was in an accident...

Footballs loss is Rock-n-Souls gain.

A great obit in the latest Rolling Stone.

They also have a piece about Cleveland Plain Dealer Rock Critic Jane Scott.

I remember seeing this old lady at like the Uriah Heep concert, or The Talking Heads or the Thompson Twins or the first time Boston played in Cleveland. Here she was covering the concerts for the Plain Dealer.

I talked to her once I think it was a Genesis concert way back when Peter Gabriel was still in the band.

Anyway, she was born in 1919 and just passed away about a month ago. She kept at it until 2002.
