OKAY Who REALLY started the blackout?

There are now reports (probably out of Michigan) that it may have started in Ohio and since the "Behind the Laughter" (EDIT)episode told us that the Simpsons are a "Norhtern Kentucky" (read:Ohio) family that narrows it down a bit.

Frank sees the pictures of Homer's adventures, "You were an astronaut?!?!You were in SAPCE?!!?!?"

Homer"Haven't you been"

Frank dies while impersonating Homer's careless sloppy ways and at the funeral Homer falls asleep "That's our Homer"

"Zzzzzz.... change the channel, Marge! ...zzzzzz....."

Hate to say it. It was clearly orchestrated by Davis so he could say,

"At least in California I warned you before the electricity went out!"

It could be Bushco. Not sure how it helps him yet though and his drunken press conference leads me to beleive he didn't know. Or they would have telepromted him.

There are certainly bound to be hundreds of theories spawning off this one especially since no one has any answers yet.
