This was brought up during the anti-inugural with the ANSWER coalition.

Global Day of Coordinated Actions
on the 2nd Anniversary
of the "Shock and Awe" Invasion of Iraq
initiated by antiwar organizations worldwide
including the A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition in the United States

During the rally, they asked for people from each city who were planning a rally to approach the podium. Many folks came up and called out their city's name. I don't see a list there now, but check back at the site and see if they will provide a list soon of all the cities who are doing it.
