Freepers target Dean
Edited on Fri Aug-15-03 02:18 AM by Feanorcurufinwe

Michigan Rally Targets Howard Dean This Saturday!

Democrat presidential hopeful Howard Dean will appear at a fundraiser in Ypsilanti this Saturday, August 16, from 11:30-12 noon.

Unfortunately, Mr. Dean wants to raise taxes by repealing President Bush's tax cut.

Michigan Citizens for a Sound Economy is organizing a protest to "welcome" Mr. Dean, who is a leading candidate for the Democrat Presidential nomination.

Our Michigan team is going to show up shortly after 11:00 AM, as we want to be in place by 11:15.

Location: 1305 Grant, Ypsilanti, (a few doors down from West Middle School.)

CSE will provide t-shirts and posters with slogans demanding that Dean cut taxes, not increase them.

Please visit www.cse.org for some additional background material.

PLEASE spread the word and let's generate a big crowd to "welcome" Howard Dean to Michigan!

2. Dean
:eyes: Of course, they are bitching about Dean sealing his records as governor. But I'll make them a deal. I will condemn Dean for doing this if they attack * for sealing his Texas governor records. If Dean is nominated, maybe a deal could be struck whereby both candidates would release their records. It might be nice if the American public could finally have the chance to evaluate *'s record in Texas. It's 4 years too late, but better late than never.

3. hmmm...
Is there any way to screw with their heads and tell them the location of the rally has been changed? Certainly some of them would fall for it and it would be a fun thing to do...

4. I see
these bozos would rather pay no money at all to the government and have no police protection, no fire protection, no food safety inspectors, no roads, no infrastructure....well, I have a feeling that Dean will just smile at them and go on his way, if he notices the ten freepers at all (though there may be more if they up the ante and include something more than tee shirts) After all, it is flattering that a candidate in the primaries would receive such attention!
