Sen.Kennedy accuses White House of willfully misleading nation over Iraq

"This is an idictment of this administration in it's own words, that's what this is"

-Senator Kennedy accused the administration of "cherry picking"
information, in making it's case for war, timed purposefully to help win the mid term 2002 elections.

Asked if this fits into the category of "high crimes & misdemeanors" the senator suggested the issue could be decided in the 2004 elections; the "opportunity to have accountability"--as republican majority congress would not likely allow impeachment proceedures.
