Eminem - Without Me

And Moby, you can get stomped by Obie,
You 36 year old bald headed fag blow me
You don't know me, you're too old
Let go, it's over, nobody listens to techno

19. Thorstein it never says that Moby is the youth
" As evidence of being hip to youth, John Kerry's campaign pointed to the endorsement of electronic musician Moby (who likes Dean but thinks Kerry is more elect-able). "
I dont listen to Moby but then again I dont listen to techno but I do have one friend who does like Moby a bit. I really dont give a damn about what Emimem has to say, the guy is like a replica of my little brother in many ways imo. If you think the youth dont listen to people older than 38 thats wrong. I see your intepretion but I dont think that was what the Kerry camp meant.

" As evidence of being hip to youth, John Kerry's campaign pointed to the endorsement of electronic musician Moby (who likes Dean but thinks Kerry is more elect-able). "

Eminem (and your little brother) is the youth. The youth does not like Moby.

21. no some dean posters are on fishing trips
to try and remove any and all people who are not "pure" supporters of Howard Dean.

Sounds a lot like 1940 to me?

But I have found the ultimate answer: ignore button.

I have ignored 5 people now, and I am happier for it because now I dont see their hatred and vicerol posts everywhere I go, i only see ignored

hehe :)

Someone who believes in social justice and has a legit chance, so I think Kerry maybe. What does Kerry think of the drug war? I know he says he may give medical pot a chance.

24. I saw Simmons on Charlie Rose
He's so impressive. And very passionate. Rose asked him what he thought of the Dems and he said he likes Sharpton very much but recognizes that the country's not ready. He wouldn't commit to any one of them, since he hasn't met or talked to them all yet.

i can't think of any other presidential candidate that did
but, in the end, Simmons will more than likely support whoever Hillary supports

22. Full Quote & Context
But how seriously are the Democratic presidential candidates taking Millenials? We found the answer to be as expected: not very. Youth outreach efforts were routine and shallow. As evidence of being hip to youth, John Kerry's campaign pointed to the endorsement of electronic musician Moby (who likes Dean but thinks Kerry is more elect-able). Jano Cabrera, the 29-year-old spokesperson for the Joseph Lieberman campaign, made the usual noises on the subject. "People often say that the life blood of politics is youth," he said. "Never is this more true than on a presidential campaign."

In a literal sense, Cabrera is right. Campaigns rely on the labor of unpaid interns to man telephones, canvass neighborhoods, and stamp envelopes. Every campaign office we visited looked like a student union building, but instances of these young armies canvassing voters their own age were selective and few.

Youth outreach efforts were routine and shallow... A possible exception in this election is the Generation Dean venture.

http://www.wiretapmag.org/story.html?StoryID=16537

A possible exception in this election is the Generation Dean venture. Ginny Hunt and Michael Whitney, the project's young coordinators, said over 250 college chapters have been founded in every state except Nevada, and estimates of student "contacts" with the Dean campaign -- from chapter heads to donors -- is upwards of 4,000.

I was a SFD coordinator and I never did a damn thing, cause I was really busy. They think they talk to someone over e-mail a few times and forwards them on some links is creating a chapter?

hahaha

I got a bridge in brooklyn to sell the dean campaign too ...

He is around my age (38).

Nevertheless, I am between Kerry and Dean. If Kerry gets the nomination I will gladly support him. As with Dean.

44. Moby's not youth, but he's pop culture
And that's what's important I guess. I thought Moby would support Kucinich or something, since they're both vegans right, and we never had a vegan president. Oh well, I take this news with great pride, because Moby's a great musician.
