7. Returned from the Seattle protest

took lots of photos but they won't be ready for a week.

I saw a goodly number of photographers, so I imagine we'll be seeing some this evening or maybe after the holiday weekend.

I missed seeing Mr. Pitt, but a protester I questioned said his speech was marvelous. She had- and I kid you not- stars in her eyes when mentioning our William.

Someone had a dog wearing a sign reading " Give me a Bush to pee on." I think it's time to give dogs the vote.

And before I get flamed,Yes, cats too.

Then underneath that there should be "Photos: < 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | 10 | 11 | 12 | 13 | 14 | 15 >"

So click on one and look at the pictures then go back and click on another - at least that's the best way I can figure to navigate it.

9. I was in Oregon last week

while * was on his little tour promoting his "healthy forest initiative." He was actually in Redmond for a quick stop, which was only 45 minutes or so away from me. I was surprised to hear his snivelly voice on the radio; I didn't know he would be there. There were no stories about protests in the local paper for the week I was there.
