A good poem to help people decide on a candidate
This is one of Natasha's poems. It contains a lot of insight.

DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR CANDIDATE STANDS?

By Natasha H. (age 12)

Do you know where your candidate stands
Or know anything about his plans?
Is he mankind’s very best friend
Or the beginning of the end?

Do you know where your candidate stands
Or will you vote where the coin toss lands?
Do freedom and justice guide your way
Or do you follow the crowd today?

Do you care what issues are at stake
Or what kind of future he could make?
Do you want a candidate with a plan
Or a scam from a popular man?

Want a man who can stop the decline
Or one who stole his popular line?
Want a man who only tells it true
Or who gets credit where none is due?

Do you prefer health care for all
Or to pay for missiles that may fall?
Are fairness and justice your intent
Or Executions of the innocent?

Should the WTO get the boot
Or crooked execs get all the loot?
Should Americans keep on working
Or lose their jobs to children slaving?

Do you want a healthy, living planet
Or life placed second to the budget?
Should special interests rule the day
Or should public interest have a say?

Do you want the future to be bright?
Will you check out which candidate’s right?
America’s future will be rich
If the winner is Kucinich.

1. Natasha
should be able to vote twice. She, at 12, is much smarter than many tow or three times her age.

2. Natasha's latest article is at the top of Democrats.com today.
Though they mistyped her age (11 instead of 12), that's kind of impressive.
