FOX lawyer admits affilliate station undercharged GOP for ads!
From PoliticsNJ.com:

"An attorney for the Fox TV affiliate in Philadelphia says that Democratic claims that the GOP underpaid for TV ads is legitimate and that commercials aired on behalf of State Sen. George Geist but paid for by the Republican State Committee should have been at a higher rate. Last Friday, Democratic lawyers said the Republicans also paid the wrong rate for ads on New York network TV."

5. So Fox contributed to the GOP?
Aren't corporate contributions to political parties illegal?

And I hope they string up the GOP AND Fox on this. How did this happen? Did they collude?

10. I don't know....
But it could be that someone in the sales department or management "looked the other way" when the orders came through. It wouldn't surprise me.

There should be heavy fines all around on this.

And just to make it clear: WTXF is not a Fox affiliate, it is a Fox OWNED AND OPERATED (O&O) station. So is WNYW in New York, which apparently may have been doing the same thing.

11. Is this a legal campaign contribution?
Or will someone feel the wrath of Ashcroft's new "maximum penalties" program?
