Media Articles

I've started threads in the "Editorial" forum for more exposure but thought I'd post here, too. The following articles come from the Southern Poverty Law Center's current Intelligence Report, one is about the media in general, two are specifically about The Washington Times.

Unfortunately, there are no direct links so, go to: http://www.splcenter.org/intelligenceproject/ip-index.html

Click on Intelligence Report then scroll down to:

Defending Dixie
Despite its reputation for sloppy, partisan journalism, The Washington Times does a bang-up job of popularizing extremist ideas.

America's Newspaper?
The Washington Times has a long record of hyped stories, shoddy reporting and failure to correct errors.

Fair and Balanced?
Veteran news-watchers Steve Rendall and Norman Soloman discuss the media's role in spreading anti-democratic ideas.

All good articles.
