As the resident liberal talk host for KIRO-AM (710), Mike Webb has some ideas on what models to look at for expanding liberal talk to a stationwide or even nationally syndicated format.

National Public Radio? Uh-uh. NPR, he says, "bores the hell out of me, quite frankly."

A better model, he says, would be Rush Limbaugh.

... Does it work? Webb says ratings for his time slot have doubled over a year ago.
