The Following Media Conglomerates need to be destroyed...
broken up or forced into bankruptcy:

1-NewsCorp (Fox "News" Channel)
www.newscorp.com

2-Disney (ABC Hate Radio and ABC has the worse news programing around/except for Ted Koppel, he belongs on CBS)
(Additional Comment: ABC has the WORST shows on T.V/CBS has the best)
http://disney.go.com/home/today/index.html

3-Clear Channel(No explanation needed)
http://www.clearchannel.com/

4-Sinclair Broadcasting Group(Overing GOP shilling)
http://www.sbgi.net/

5-Salem Communications (Right Wing "Family Oriented" Hate Radio Broadcasting)
http://www.salem.cc/

I have chosen these companies because they have the hardest Right Wing tilt and are the greatest threat to America.

2. "Destroyed" is too strong a term..
Sounds like something Al-Queda would wish for. Its not the corporations that need to be destroyed (for they are free to do what they do!), but rather, the insane government policies toward them that encourage media conglomeration and stifling of a free press.

6. "Destroyed," no. "Regulated," yes.
Keeping corporations from gobbling up smaller companies, splitting them up, and making them responsible for their activities is more sensible.

The media companies are only the most obvious place where uncontrolled conglomeration is taking place. Do you think it's a good thing for Wal-Mart to have no competition and to bust unions? For a few gas companies to control our energy supplies?

Does anyone recall the name "trust-busters?"
