Super Tuesday states: how many jobs lost under Bush?

According to the Alliance for American Manufacturing:

The 24 states with primaries on Super Tuesday have lost 1,568,000 manufacturing jobs in the last seven years since Bush became President. (According to McCain, these jobs are gone forever.)

The Alliance for American Manufacturing is a partnership between leading domestic manufacturers and the United Steelworkers. Check their website for regular updates.

1. Here in a small, southern town of about 15,000 people,

Our last manufacturing jobs are closing down and moving to India. That's 2,000 more people out of work. We have already lost all our textile mills and chemical plants.

And to think most of those people out of work voted for the bushes. I wonder if they realize their vote cost them their jobs?

the owner was`t turning enough profit so he`s moving to mexico and china /india to make is sub assemblies
