1. bankrate.com BUT - the companies pay to advertise their
One I found awhile back but their rates keep going down is www.fnbodirect.com
they are still higher than most and not fee or minimum to start

I found out bankrate shows the list by paid advertiser - this was because they had one and then it disappeared and I wrote them to find out if there was a problem - so take them with a grain of salt - but they beat most banks and credit unions

2. The rate they pay has been going down because all short term debt is going down
If you bought into a Money Market fund or account 6 or more months ago, the fund has had to lower its rate because the manager of the fund is having the same problem finding yield as you are. The manager has to buy CD's and other short term paper for the fund and all that paper is paying less these days.
