Interactive Map of Employment by Job Type 2001-2011
Edited on Wed Jun-22-11 11:55 PM by jtuck004
Here...

Big decreases in the wealth-creating jobs, especially manufacturing and building, replaced by service industry jobs
which used to be funded by the wealth-creators. Mining and oil is up there, but those profits seem to stay centralized more, as
opposed to the older manufacturing model, iirc.

So who will pay for the service jobs now, and how?

Better not let them weaken social security - it's gonna be needed in the future more than it is now, 'cause there is nothing
in these salaries that helps with retirement...

As Hobbes put it, "the life of man... solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short."
