NY approves of Noble Chateaugay wind farm
Wed Nov 7, 2007 3:28pm EST

NEW YORK (Reuters) - New York utility regulators
Wednesday approved of Noble Environmental Power
LLC's proposed 108-megawatts wind farm in Chateaugay,
New York.

A spokeswoman for the project said the company hoped
to start construction in early 2008 and complete the
project by the end of 2008.

She could not say how much it would cost to construct
the wind farm.

Energy sources estimated the project would cost over
$200 million to build.

1. I've been watching the Noble EP's Ellenburg wind farm take shape..
One can't get a sense of the SIZE of the wind turbine units unless you see them up close. Amazing...
