We’re From the Government and We’re Here to Help You Be More Energy Efficient

The U.S. government continues to institute almost any energy policy and measure that is not titled a "Climate and Energy Bill." This new federal initiative is another great support tool for businesses as the aim to become more sustainable.




If you own or operate a commercial building, the U.S. federal government wants to help you make it more energy efficient.

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has been operating a series of Commercial Building Partnerships (CPB) which use Recovery Act funds to provide technical experts and guidance to commercial building owners and operators.

The DOE's CBP initiative allows collaboration among the owners and operators of commercial buildings, researchers from DOE national laboratories and private-sector technical experts.
