Study: Creatine improves memory and intelligence
A study done in Austrilia found that taking creatine supplements improved memory and intelligence. They also found it makes people fart more.

A new wonder drug! It makes you smarter and makes you fart more, what more could one want?

1. Smarter I could use.
But the other part? If my body creates any more gas, and I get an intestinal blockage, I run the real danger of bloating up and floating away, thus creating a formidable air traffic hazard.

3. You could also...
fart alot more, and put your friends and foes in a world of hurt while you watch and laugh...remember, you are immune to your own smell.

2. I've used it in 8 week cycles for years. It helps you
add muscle in weightlifting. You can in crease your strength by 20 % "loading" up!

4. Have you gotten off of it yet?
I am curious if it just helps your body retain water, and once your off of it, your body will just lose the water.

Also, do you know how it affects athletic performance, if at all? I would consider this stuff to supplement my weight training, but I usually am training for a marathon, so I don't want to throw something into my system that will hurt my training.
