US diplomat for Africa resigns

Washington - The top US diplomat for Africa, Walter Kansteiner, will step down next month for personal reasons, senior State Department officials said on Friday.

Kansteiner, who has served as assistant secretary of state for African affairs since June 2001, has told colleagues that he is leaving in November in order to spend more time with his young family, the officials said.

1. It would be difficult to be a "diplomat" to Africa

bearing the credentials of the country engaged in the continent's systemic depopulation.

I suspect that Mr Kansteiner may be less than 100% committed to genocide, and therefore unfit to serve the US foreign service in any capacity.

how does that work?
Do they have a diplomat to "Caucasia?"

Africa is made up of many and several countries some fo which have no connection other than that they are on the same land mass. Africans aren't even all black. Thousands of them are Arabs and this guy gets to be diplomat to them ALL?
Whew. I would quit too.
