Rebel ambush in Uganda claims 10 lives
Edited on Sat Oct-25-03 08:04 PM by dArKeR
Lord's Resistance Army rebels have killed at least 10 civilians in an ambush in northern Uganda and torched two trucks in which the victims were travelling, witnesses and the Ugandan army said on Friday.

At least 20 people were wounded in the attack in the Pader district, 300km north of Kampala. The rebels, led by self-proclaimed prophet Joseph Kony, say they are fighting to overthrow President Yoweri Museveni but have never spelt out their demands in public.

Can the media please print their rules of deciding who is a 'rebel' and who is a 'terrorist'! Does it have something to do with their names? It their name is associated with Christianity the media labels them 'rebels'. If their name is associated with Islam the media lables them 'terrorists'?
