Intruder shot by Gardnerville homeowner identified

ASSOCIATED PRESS

GARDNERVILLE, Nev. (AP) - Douglas County investigators Monday identified a man who was shot and killed by a homeowner after trying to force his way into a Gardnerville residence.

An autopsy determined Walter Francis Hetrick, 40, of Antioch, Calif., died of a severed femoral artery caused by a gunshot wound, the sheriff's office said.

I thought that the one saying that s/he couldn't even pretend to be that stupid was referring to the posts already on the board at the time s/he said it ...
