Colorado, Oregon Voters Close Gun Show Loophole
If Oregon and Colorado closed gun show "Loophole" in Nov. 2000

Why are gun shows still being held in both of these states?

question mine...it's a difference of opinion (it seems) as to whether private parties should be subject to the same regulations as an actual business...

9. The term "gun show loophole" is gun-grabber propaganda
It refers to unregulated private-party transfers of used firearms and has nothing to do with gun shows per se.

Didn't happen!

So if criminals got so many guns at these "loopole" festivals of selling guns to criminals, why is there still crime in both these states being committed by people that cannot legally own firearms?

What "loopole" are they using now?

Face it, it didn't do shit to stop crime, because it wasn't contributing to it in the first place!

These shows by vast majority filled with licensed dealers.
They were never the flowing river of guns to criminals they were made out to be.

THAT's why the gun industry is fighting so hard and spending millions each year to keep that loophole open...because ALL those buyers can get past background checks...
