1. But they didn't see any civilians -- just a mistake -- oops

And when a suicide bomber hits . . . .

Jeez . . . for the Israeli Army it is like shooting fish in a barrel -- if they "miss" or if they just decide to send a few bombs just to keep the terror level high in the Palestinians -- they can claim -- oh just a mistake we "targeted" some of the bad guys.

So what happens if the Israeli extremists get their way and clear Gaza and the West Bank of ALL Palestinians (except for a few token Indians/Palestinians)?

It is doubtful this murder of innocent people will stop -- ever.

As soon as the "bad" side retaliates -- the Israelis will come screaming for more aid from the US -- and real leaders would tell Israel to take care of themselves.

2. Do keep in mind that the targeted killings are in themselves international
crimes.

Palestinian hospital officials identified the dead as Fatima Ahmad el-Barbarawi, 37, who was seven months pregnant, and her brother, Zakariya Ahmad el-Barbarawi, 45, a physician visiting from Saudi Arabia. A 1-year-old child was also critically injured in the blast.

I'm sure she doesn't mind giving up her life and her unborn child's life for the security of the Israelis.

Israeli Air Strike Again Kills Palestinian Civilian
By IAN FISHER and STEVEN ERLANGER

JERUSALEM, June 21 — A Palestinian woman was killed today in Gaza after a pair of Israeli missiles veered off target, one of them slamming into a house. It was the latest in a series of botched air strikes that have killed a dozen Palestinian civilians in the last eight days.

The strike, which also injured a reported 13 people in the southern town of Khan Yunis, came a day after another strike killed three Palestinian children, whose bodies were paraded today before burial through Gaza streets seething with angry citizens.

The botched strikes have swelled into an early crisis for the new Israeli government, and particularly for Amir Peretz, the dovish defense minister who nonetheless has pledged a tough line on Palestinian militants who have been firing homemade rockets from Gaza into Israel.

Earlier in the day, before the latest strike, Mr. Peretz faced strong criticism in the Knesset from leftist and Arab members, one of whom demanded his resignation over the civilian deaths.

Another Knesset member, Yossi Beilin, leader of the left-wing Meretz Party, called for the government to "immediately and unilaterally declare a complete cease-fire for a limited period during which the Palestinian factions' readiness to hold their fire will be examined."

Israeli Strike Kills Pregnant Palestinian

By Scott Wilson
Washington Post Foreign Service
Thursday, June 22, 2006; A19

JERUSALEM, June 21 -- An off-target Israeli airstrike in the central Gaza Strip killed a pregnant woman and her brother Wednesday and wounded at least 15 other civilians, including three children.

Shortly after sunset, an Israeli military aircraft fired on a vehicle in the city of Khan Younis, Palestinian witnesses said.

Israeli military officials said two missiles were fired at the vehicle, which they said was carrying members of the Popular Resistance Committees, one of the armed groups mainly responsible for firing rockets into southern Israel. The officials said one of the missiles struck the road and the second slammed into a house, which Palestinian witnesses said was about 60 feet away.

The incident brought to 14 the number of Palestinian civilians killed by Israeli aerial attacks in Gaza over the past eight days and prompted an internal review of the targeting process and equipment being used in the airstrikes.
