IDF soldier dead, 8 wounded on northern border

Heavy exchanges of fire between IDF forces and the Hezbollah have been reported on the northern border this morning (Friday). Early today, the Hezbollah fired Katyusha rockets, anti-tank missiles and mortar shells at IDF positions in the Mount Dov area. The Hezbollah attack lasted for more than half an hour.

Meanwhile, the army responded with artillery fire and helicopter gunships were dispatched to the area. According to Lebanese sources, IAF fighter jets later attacked Hezbollah positions near four villages in south Lebanon. Currently, the northern border is quiet and the exchanges of fire have ended for now."

You can't prove it had anything to do with the airstrikes a few hours ago. Or the bloody twenty-year occupation a few years ago.

Poor innocent little Israel is being victimized again. She never did anyone any harm, particularly not to Lebanese or Palestinians.

Attack, reprisal, counter-reprisal, counter-counter-reprisal.

The more the Lebanese are bombed, the more peaceful they will become. It worked wonders on the Palestinians.
