Looks like NPR is in on the coverup!
After American Airlines Flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001, it took firefighters three days to extinguish the flames. Firefighter Patrick Creed and journalist Rick Newman join Fresh Air to talk about the Pentagon blaze and the book they wrote about it, Firefight: Inside the Battle to Save the Pentagon on 9/11.

Firefight tells the stories of the people inside the Pentagon when the plane hit, the rescue efforts that followed the attack and the three-day battle to extinguish the blaze. Firefighters faced unique circumstances, Creed and Newman write, because structural reinforcements built to safeguard the Pentagon against attack — like blast-proof windows and a roof covered by a foot of concrete — hampered their progress.

I didn't realize that blast/fragmentation high explosive cruise missile warheads could create massive fires. Can any truthers explain it to me?

1. Silly Hack
Massive fires were pre-planted. Or massive quantities of fuel were pre-planted along with a continuous ignition devise (perhaps some of that thermate from NYC!). Or massive amounts of burnable detritus was scattered (pre-planted) hither and yon throughout the area to facillitate the massive quantities of fuel and continuous ignition devices since, we all know, the "fuel" will burn off in a couple of minutes. That's why crashed aircraft never burn up.

Who knows. It'll be interesting, though, to hear what they come up with.

3. NPR is funded by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting
which is run by the GOP. They regularly have people from right wing "think tanks" giving their points of view. It's a ridiculous station.

5. NPR only gets about 15% of its funding from the CPB...
the rest comes from viewer contributions. Nice try.

9. Sheepled viewers paying for the propaganda that reaffirms their illusion
of being a member of a free society.

Why should the CPB pay more when the sheeple do it for them?

6. Patricia de Stacy, CEO of CPB

"Appointed by President Bush (1990) to the President's Export Council, U.S. Department of Commerce, Ms. Harrison served on the executive committee and worked to strengthen export promotion programs on behalf of U.S. business. She also chaired the International Committee, Small Business Advisory Council, Small Business Administration, and in 1992 was appointed to serve on the United States Trade Representative's Service Policy Advisory Council. In 1997, Ms. Harrison was elected co-chairman of the Republican National Committee and served until January 2001"

Oh, yeah, and then there's Exxon

Kevin Close, director, Radio Liberty:CIA, and so is the Ford foundation, one of it's sponsors.

Some criticize the choice of Kevin Klose to be the head of NPR because he "used to be the director of all major worldwide US government propaganda dissemination broadcast media including VOA, Radio Liberty, Radio Free Europe, Radio Free Asia, Worldnet Television and the anti-Castro Radio/TV Marti." <1>.

NPR is worse than FOX when it comes to discussing things like election fraud, or 9-11. They also mention "9-11' about once every 20 minutes. (a la Rudy Giuliani) It is a government propaganda station, disguised as an intellectual elite station (wow Garrison Keillor, now there's a real daring guy.)

They also play the Hilary versus Obama game and NEVER criticize McCain. They drove the Reverend what's his face thing into the ground.

8. More on NPR
http://youtube.com/watch?v=wm1eJ4wzk_o&feature=related

"NPR broadcasts a warm and fuzzy "This I Believe" propaganda piece describing Guantanamo detainees as murderers and rapists who should never be released. "

http://educate-yourself.org/cn/nprexposed27mar08.shtml

"I had been hoping to find the time to write a series of articles exposing the unremitting pro-government propaganda spewed out from National Public Radio twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Thankfully, Norman Solomon beat me to the punch. If you don't know what an Illuminati/Tavistock propaganda outlet sounds like, turn on NPR There's much more to be said of the Tavistock lies promoted at NPR, but this short article is a good start. The comments from readers says it all. The public has apparently caught on to the Tavistock tripe promoted at NPR---thank God...Ken Adachi"

google "NPR" and "propaganda". Their fake liberal posturing makes it even more damaging than the corporate media IMO.
