5. He may be a nice guy, but there is something about
him that is off-putting. I can't put my finger on it but he makes me feel a little edgy. I wish my intution would take a rest now and then.

8. Pretty darn good most times. It may not be intution but
the feeling is something I can't shake about a lot of things.

2. He got a little huffy
when George kept reading comments about him from bloggers.

10. You mean NotDEAN alert!!!
Roemer was crucial in getting the 9-11 commision and beating up on shrub and co during the hearings. I do disagree with him on many issues, but I don't call him a DINO or repuke-lite, as some others have posted, because of it.

11. This guy is funded by Scaife. Support him at your own risk
Personally, I think his 'leadership' is something the Democrats can do without.

12. Ahh, apparently there are only extremes here.
I don't support Tim Roemer and have never posted that I did. Nor did I say he should be DNC chair, nor have I voted that way on the polls here. I am just fighting this incessant need for us to attack Democrats after Nov 2nd.

13. Hmm...
I don't feel I'm attacking Roemer. I am however, criticising him. If we can't do that how the heck are we supposed to decide who would best lead the DNC?

4. Extremely Unimpressed
Steffie hit Roemer with some blog quotes about Roemer's opposition to the Clinton tax plan of '93, Roemer's previous support of social security privatization, and Roemer's anti-choice stance (though Steph avoided the Kos revelation that Roemer serves on a Wingnut think tank board) and Roemer did nothing to answer the questions relevantly. Just tried to sound like Dean with none of Dean's moxie or passion.

He better not win.
