Question re: Vote for DNC Chair
How exactly does this work?

Forgive my ignorance on this subject, but who votes for this?
Is it something that happens nation-wide with all registered Dems, or is it just a small group of people within the party who actually vote on it?

3. there's a thread explaining all in the new Democratic Party forum
Dean said last night that we should only lobby people in our own states.
Actually, there are a lot more threads than there were yesterday.
Here's the forum.

4. The members of the DNC.
"The DNC's governing body, however, is made up of approximately 400 elected and appointed members of the Democratic National Committee. The Governing body elects the officers of the National Committee: the Chairmen, five Vice Chairs, Treasurer, Secretary, and National Finance Chair."
