Anyone hear about the backbone campaign?
i think the website is www.backbonecampaign.org

they want to deliver a 70 foot spine to the democrat senators on coronation day.

very interesting.

think it will help?

1. medically speaking
alot can be done with the spine. Spines can be healed and repaired -- but I don't think medical technology has advanced to the stage of transplants...

the GOPer tactic to bring Dems under control is to accuse them of being UNPATRIOTIC and of NOT SUPPORTING THE TROOPS. The Backbone campaign is using "shame".

so which is a stronger tactic -- fear of being accused of being unpatriotic, or shame-on-you for being whusses

2. I LIKE IT! What a great idea!
We elected these folks to be the loyal opposition, not the witnesses to the flushing down the toilet of our Constitution. Anything that serves as a reminder of what they're there for has got to help.
