How to help Ohio's Election's K. Blackwell is asking for help.

Ken wants to know how to help elections. Now please do not pass this around.

After all only 3 days ago and 3 miles from where I sit he gave a lecture on ethics
to a group at Scioto Country Club. And it would be highly unethical to jam
his inbox with e mails. He might want to print them out and it might be on the wrong
weight of paper.

I beg you do not spam his e mail or pass the address 'round the net.
