Who else plans to tell Feinstein not to run for re-election?
She introduced Condi as a curtesy but her office states definitively that she will not filibuster Condi.

98% of Feinstein's calls from her constituents came in against the war. She voted for it. She also ignored her constituents on USA-PATRIOT and Homeland Security. Feinstein needs replaced - especially if she would vote to slaughter innocent Iraqi children and then to confirm the woman really responsible for 9/11.

Let's all encourage Sheen to oppose her in the primary.

1. She needs to go
If she is on the ballot in the general election I am not voting for her... I will vote for the green candidate or anybody else, or just not vote

2. I have already told her office that I will not vote for her...
...and will support any liberal alternative candidate. Wonder if she'll run as a republican? </sarcasm>

9. Go go go go go!!!
We've GOT to find someone to oppose her, even if she WANTS to run again ... We must have a CHOICE so we can prove we're rejecting her, not just turning on the party.

14. You can get an address through which you can reach Martin Sheen
through SAG. He would not need to do a lot of campaigning as all Dems know who he is and he'd steal the nomination from her so fast, she wouldnt' have a chance.

6. If she runs again, she'll lose. We better replace her with someone
Democrats can vote for. Her Republican backers will vote for their own candidate and that may leave 5 or 6 people to vote for her. It would be the biggest loss in history.

15. she's always been hated by the left
this goes back to her days as Mayor of San Francisco. Dems will still vote for her as will indies. She keeps winning by large numbers.

12. Her husband is a sleaze who got $500 million from Bu$h
And clearly affectd her votes regarding Iraq and this criminal enterprise. Google Richard Blum and Perini Corporation!

California would be much better off with a true Wellstonian lineral rather than her GOP lite charade.

17. She's gotta go
There's a thread (I can't seem to access right now) in the California forum about this--a roll call of all of us that plan to oppose her.

I was so embarrassed to be a Californian, while watching her antics yesterday. :(

18. She's a Republican in Democratic clothing
I'd rather vote for a real Republican than a phony Republican like Feinstein. At least with a real Republican you know where she/he stands.
