Need help re taking and downloading pictures

I'm planning to take some photographs tomorrow night at our Alaska Peace & Justice anti-coronation event. Can anybody explain to me how to download them to DU? I'd like to be able to share. Do I need to set my camera for taking e-mail sized pictures?

1. get an online place to download your pictures from your computer.

www.photobucket.com or www.flickr.com

Then upload them from your computer to there and then click on the properties of each picture, highlight the pictures properties -usually the second property on the little pop-up screen and paste that to an email message on DU.

Have fun. Is this going to be in Anchorage? Wish I was there. In Soldotna, in deep mourning all day.

I wish you could be here, too. Yes, this is in Anchorage. We went to a sign-making party last night, and we'll be out in front of Fox 4 tomorrow night from 4:00 to 6:00 with at least a few others, anyway. Somebody from one of the local TV stations is supposed to be there to cover us -- sorry I don't know which one -- but if you get a chance to watch the news, look for me. I'll be carrying a sign that says 'HAIL TO THE THIEF.' :evilgrin:
