C-SPAN-What or WHO is that on the P.A. system?
I can't hear it too well but it was something about "13 States get ready"

The really weird part was when he clearly said "There is President Bush...WAVE to PResident Bush...PResident Bush is waving back at you right now....(then of course there was the)God Bless America and God Bless the PResident of the United States"

What was THAT?
