Delegates--adopt the "Backbone Platform"

Have you seen the "backbone platform" yet? It's being proposed by the Backbone Campaign, a group led by Bill Moyer! They are urging progressive Democrats to push for adoption of this platform at state party conventions and ultimately, the national convention. Those of us who are delegates or AD committee officers should look this over and see if we wish to bring up up as a resolution by our AD committees and at the state convention.

There are some other very interesting things at this site, including "spine" and "spineless" awards to send to elected officials, petitions to sign, and notice of a "backbone march" tomorrow at which a giant spine will be paraded through Washington DC and delivered to Democrats at the Capitol!
