For me it's going to be another 4 years hitting the mute button or the off switch when idiot in chief is on TV or radio.

2. I had planned not to listen, but I'm glad I did
Rather than being a typical idiotic diatribe, his speech was the most terrifying thing I have ever heard a man speak. It gave me a true appreciation of the challenge we face to save this country. God help us.

I did overhear some of the post speech analysis. It went something like "What he was saying was........." I figured from that it was just another blather.

8. Same here. Even my mother,
who's a liberal but also a political junkie who can handle watching anything political (even though she keeps her barf bag handy for appearances of certain politicians of the republican persuasion) and who loves doing that, couldn't watch any of the inauguration yesterday. And she's watched every one ever since she was old enough to understand what they were.

11. I gave up watching TV
in part after wearing out several remote controls -- the mute button is not made to last. And the *ucking corporate media puts his ugly face and worse -- his voice on the air waves as if he is a god -- or king. So Fuck the Corporate media. I am enjoying StarGate -- season 7 on DVD.

listening to my cat fart for half an hour. (Except my cat's farts do make some coherent sense, unlike the grinning, kill-happy fraud's speeches.)

30. Yo! Right here. I didn't hear a word of it, but I've read reviews and
on another board, I saw where a poster described the speech as: "We've been PROMISED GREATER FREEDOM® FOR FREEIFIED® FREEFOLK® TO FREELY® ENJOY FREETASTIC® FREEGASMS® OF FREEDOMOSITY®"
