Haven't you heard? Where talking about Freedom. Freedom isn't America's gift to Iraq, it's God's gift to the oil com...{cough} I mean, world. {sorry, I had some truth stuck in my throat}
We all need to look back to why we went to Iraq in the first place. Saddam was clearly hiding his intent to acquire weapons programs but we were not fooled. Simply because he did not have any that we could find does not mean that they weren't there or, as our current intelligence leads us to believe, he may have transfered them into enemy hands long before our inva.... {cough} liberation! Suggesting that he had no WMD intent is patently false, we know he wanted to acquire WMD and had we permitted his regime to continue, he would have eventually overcome all the obstacles we had put in place that were stopping him from becoming a threat. It was only a matter of time, like a ticking time bomb looming over the American dream.
Now, if you'll think back to that time, our main goal was to eliminate the threat to our country and change the dynamic of the entire middle east thus advancing our goals in our struggle against violent extreetism. That means we are stopping the terrorist from attacking them here by fighting them over there. How could the Office of the President look at the American people, dead in the eye, and say we are doing everything to combat terrorismists by bringing them here and saying we'll prosecute you if you kill us all with nuclear weapons. I for one, I couldn't do that, that's not who I am. That's what I learned about from Texas Justices, that you gotta fight. And the goal of that fight must be Freedom for the 266,000 remaining Iraqi's. That's what we set out to do and that's what we are here to do and will continue to as long as it takes to win these things we are fighting for. What can be more noble than this? Freedom. Free - Dom. Wooo! Freedom. Gotta go, I'm on vacation. Now watch this swing.
